The NetAcquire GPIB interface
provides a real-time interface between GPIB instruments and other subsystems.
GPIB data can also be streamed to or from the network interface of a NetAcquire
system. Support is provided for as
many as 15 simultaneous GPIB devices.
Interchangeable
Virtual Instruments (IVI) capability is integrated for convenient high-level
support of devices like power supplies and digital voltmeters. The IVI interface
provides intuitive control of devices within a standard functional categories.
For example, SetCurrentLimit
sets a power supply's current limit, and work across any supported GPIB power
supply regardless of manufacturer or low-level command details.
